Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers
• Explain company services clearly and professionally
• Handle customer queries and follow up on leads
• Maintain call records and daily reports
• Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for lead closure

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English; Marathi preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Positive attitude & willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
