We are looking for an enthusiastic and student-oriented Education Counsellor to guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The role involves counselling, follow-ups, and assisting students throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students regarding courses, colleges, and career options
• Handle student inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins
• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs
• Assist with admission process, documentation, and enrollment
• Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups
• Achieve counselling and enrollment targets

Required Skills

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Ability to convince and motivate students
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM preferred)

Qualifications

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Experience in education counselling, sales, or student handling is an advantage
